4. Additional bed linen will be available free of charge for stays longer than 7 days. Stays of less than 7 days will cost 20 reais per person to change bed linen.
5. Partying is not allowed. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
6. Check-in before 2pm and Check-out after 10am are subject to availability and will have an additional cost of half a day each.
7. The “cleaning fee” paid with the rental refers to cleaning carried out before check-in and laundry.
8. Whenever you leave or leave the property, even for a short time, it is mandatory to leave the windows closed, turn off all the lights, air conditioning, ceiling fans and leave the door locked.
9. If you identify any damaged item, report it immediately. Objects damaged during the stay will be charged. Example: burnt pot, broken items, stained or discolored towels, damaged decorative objects.
Cases of contract termination before the deadline: fights, disturbing neighbors, making noise after 10 pm and before 8 am, mistreating condominium employees, illegal or illegal activities, having occupants who were not registered at check-in.

This was the perfect place for our Rio stay. Close to the beach and a ton of great restaurants. Andrea was an incredible host - super communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend both her as a host and the apartment!
