- Only persons registered at check-in can access the apartment. It is not allowed to receive visits.

- It is not allowed to bring pets.

- Additional bedding will be available free of charge for stays over 7 days. Stays under 7 days will cost 20 reais per person to change bed linen.

- No parties allowed. Silence time from 22 to 8am.

- Check-in before 14h is subject to availability and will have an additional charge of half a day.

- Check out after 10am is subject to availability and will incur additional charge of half daily.

- You may not leave your bags before Check-in time and after Check-out time.

- The “cleaning fee” paid together with the rental concerns cleaning performed prior to check-in.

- During the stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the property. If you wish to hire a cleaning service during the rental, you will be charged additionally. Consult and request.

- Whenever you move away or leave the property, even for a short time, you must leave the windows closed, turn off all lights, air conditioning, ceiling fans and leave the door locked.

- When arriving from the beach, always wash your feet in an appropriate place (to be informed at check-in) before going up to the apartment.

- Before checking out, deliver the property with the dishes washed, the trash removed and the towels extended on the clothesline. If this does not happen, you will be charged 50 reais.

- If any damaged item is identified, report it immediately.

- Contract termination cases before deadline: fights, annoying neighbors, making noise after 10pm and before 8am. Destroy condominium employees, illegal or illegal activities.

- Objects damaged during the stay will be charged. Example: burned pan, broken items, stained or discolored towels, damaged decoration objects.

- In case of loss of the key will be charged 250 reais
