✔️ Maintain behavior compatible with the condominium's family environment, avoiding excessive noise and inappropriate attitudes.
✔️ Ensure the proper use and conservation of the apartment, furniture and other objects.
✔️ Treat condominium employees and other residents with cordiality.
✔️ It is forbidden to remove any objects from the apartment, remembering that we do entry and exit survey.
✔️ It is forbidden to change the place of furniture, as well as drilling, fixing nails or supports in ceiling, walls and cabinets
✔️ Damage caused will be charged.
✔️ Photoshoots are not allowed.
✔️ It is not allowed to leave bags before Check-in and after Check-out.
✔️ Stays over 7 days will have energy charged additionally.
✔️ Check-in before 2pm and Check-out after 10am are subject to availability and will have an additional cost of half a day each.
